As an Early childhood major, I have a sound base of educational experience. It is my belief that children learn through play and a hands on approach. I believe positive praise and communication enocourages independence and promotes a sense of self-confidence. I strive to provide a positice environment and creative an environment that fosters a positive srlf-image within each child.
I believe in fostering cognitive, language, physical, social, emotional and creative development in young children. I encourage the children to take turns and give them the opportunity to become helpers. I foster the children's creative development by providing simple, open-ended projects that allow them to learn about the world, first hand.
